Sites are exempt from import duty and custom's tariffs. Duties are paid on goods only when they leave the zone. If the goods are destined for Brattleboro they are duty free. Delay of payments can be a real savings.

Designs of single-family homes, detached townhouses, and townhouses are on file. Visit the site and meet with our project manager. We will be glad to go over the designs for housing available to you.
