DELTA campus

Come see what everyone is talking about

The Delta Campus is 133+ acres.  Approximately 35 acres have been allotted to mixed-use development. Ninety-eight acres will remain in common use forever.  The property has stone walls, mature trees, and beautiful forest vegetation.

Dylan Road is a 6,000-foot private paved and gravel road that winds through the forest and provides access to the parcels.  There are 40+ residential units planned.

The road has been engineered to modern standards but maintains its country atmosphere.  Thickly settled woodlands provide serenity from the hustle and bustle of nearby downtown Brattleboro and Interstate 91.

The Delta Campus creates an aesthetically satisfying and intellectually stimulating environment for working and living. The campus provides residents and employees a place where a strikingly beautiful setting overlooking the Connecticut River Valley enhances productivity, communication, creativity, and community.

There is no more beautiful a spot to live and work in Vermont then the Delta Campus.

Sustainability

Ecology and economy work together at the Delta Campus.  From the outset Delta's visionary, Robert Johnson, has stressed the importance of green space , conservation zones, and natural habitat areas. The plan clearly reflects a diligent effort to provide as much open space as possible.

Year 2006, 2007 and beyond await you calling Vermont home.
